Gambol Slingback Pointed Toe Pump

Cute shoe. Poor QC. Left shoe is fine. Right shoe missing at least 2 holes & one hole is in the seam of the strap not the center. Impossible to wear. Now they are out of stock so can't be exchanged. Disappointed.

I'm so glad Nordstrom's customer service is amazing, because these shoes fell apart after I wore them inside for two hours. The sole was coming off (it was cheaply glued). The shoes are beautiful and have such a dainty, classic profile, but they are cheaply made.

These shoes are so uncomfortable! I bought them in Gold and Silver had to send them back .

Great shoe super comfortable and practical

Jeffery Campbell, you failed on this one. Why would you allow this beautiful piece on the market without testing durability? I bought two, 9.5M and 9 M, because I know your shoes run small. But on arrival, the heel caps on the 9.5 were misaligned and coming off, so I returned those to store even though they were more comfortable for me. I kept the 9 for an important event, but I decided to walk in them at home for about 5 minutes before leaving for this event. Lo and behold, the heel caps on the 9 also got misaligned in that short period of time. They would easily have come off had I gone outside in them. Glad to have avoided this failure. Returning them immediately. But please, it's important to keep your customers confident in your beautiful designs.

Very comfortable
