these shoes are gorgeous, very comfortable, and on trend. however, it is incredibly disappointing that Jeffrey Campbell is charging $170 for a pair of shoes that are made of fake leather. nordstrom sells plenty of other brands that charge similar prices and use genuine leather. it's time to send jeffrey campbell back to dsw

These shoes are painful. I just read over the reviews again and wished I would’ve believed them before I purchased. I did go half a size up like it was recommended, but that did not make a difference. Returning them now. The shape and pitch and angle and width and all of the above are just very off on these shoes making it impossible for them to wear.

I’m a pretty true 7 1/2 occasionally a 7, but went with my usual. I bought these in store and they were immediately pretty uncomfortable. But I needed them for an event so I just bought them. But after getting home and seeing the exact same complaints in the reviews, these will have to go back. Toe box is just too uncomfortable and shoe material is stiff, and my feet are not wide. For $170+ dollars they shouldn’t hurt that bad… unfortunate because the shoe is quite cute.

I bought the shoes against some of the negative reviews, and it was a mistake. I ordered the tan color, and the color is nothing like the color shown online. The shoes have an awkward fit. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my usual size, and overall the shoes do not fit well. In my opinion, the shoes fit too snug in the width and too shallow. I would recommend trying on the shoes first if that is an option to save yourself the hassle of having to return the shoes.

I loved this shoe, it's gorgeous and a classic. However, I ended up returning because it was too small. I didn't exchange for a larger size because I ordered in-store pick up and needed for an event that it wouldn't be available until too late. Its a huge bummer when sizes aren't TTS and you have to play roulette ordering online.
