x Luar Atmosphere Two-Tone Bracelet Watch, 30mm

I purchased this piece through Luar, but I cannot leave a review on their website or JBW so I apologize to Nordstrom but this needs to be known to potential purchasers of this watch. JBW sent me the watch DAMAGED, unwearable because a piece of the band fell apart. No biggie I thought, there is a warranty and I can get it fixed. WRONG. I spent a week trying to get in touch with their customer service team, then another week+ to actually get them to give me a shipping label to send it in for repair. I received it back almost a month later, STILL DAMAGED. I had asked them to remove a few links since I had to send it in anyway, and whoever repaired it forgot to connect the band? I do not understand how you would even think to send out a WRIST WATCH that isn’t connected/unwearable. Don’t bother with this brand they are horrible with their customers and clearly think they are a joke.
