Jayne Floral Lace-Up Back Maxi Dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The silky material is really nice in person. Very buttery and silky, not too thin or clingy. It's less white person too, a little more of a yellow/cream hue. I will say, at least on me it felt a bit more revealing on the sides where the cutouts were than it looks on the model, but still fairly elegant.

I ordered this dress because I loved the print and the silhouette. I had some reservations about the side slits and open back (I'm more modest and will wear this with a light sweater), but thought I'd give it a try. I am not dissappointed. It's the perfect wedding guest dress for me. The fabric is soft, smooth and thick enough not to be see through (the skirt is lined, but bodice is not). I'm 5'1" and the length is perfect. I don't need to hem it at all. I'll be wearing this for a Vegas wedding in October. Petal and Pup is now my go to store for special occasion dresses. I love the selection, style and reasonable pricing.
