Bronze Glow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has been in the beauty industry for 10 years I’ve gotten the opportunity to try many different setting powders over the years. I am also someone who wears my makeup all day long, like alllll day long, 15+ hours. When looking for a setting powder it needs to last all day in order for me to keep using it. This one for sure did that. It blurred any imperfections on my skin and gave the glow it claims to give! However it forsure makes your skin a little darker since it has a bronze-y glow. For me I think it’s too dark to wear all over but is perfect to set areas where you want to have a little extra bronze. It really did ensure that my makeup lasted all day. However because of the darker tint to it it’s not something I will be using all the time. But it is perfect for anyone looking for a little extra of a sun kissed glow! (Picture shows it on my hand, you can see the glow. Powder

As someone who fluctuates in oily areas throughout my face, my foundation for the lost part stood in place all day long. Whichever foundation you use be sure to let it dry a bit before applying powder so that it does not crease in areas where the face makes expressions or prone to wrinkling. As a makeup artist, I love when powders are a bit more flesh color for easier blending and setting application. My favorite areas to use this powder is for under eyes that may need a bit more brightening, the eyelids and around the mouth. One of my first beauty department jobs was with a brand known for having the best translucent powder on the market. In 22 years as a makeup artist, I have only found a handful of products that perform the way I love. Jason Wu has made it into my professional and personal makeup kits.The Jason Wu Beauty Ready Set Matte Setting Powder is super fin and doesn't deposit color; it sets makeup and lasts all day. I am huge on using a puff to apply powder. A puff will marry the powder to your foundation, creating a skin-like finish. Men and anyone with oiler skin types will love this. Yes, guys wear makeup too. Oh, did I mention that it is also cruelty and paraben free?The powder has a bit of dimethicone to give a super smooth finish. So beautiful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried a luminous setting powder! This is my first. I have always only wanted a matte setting powder because I am in the bridal industry but this would be lovely on the neck, chest and shoulders. I’m so glad I have tried it because it’s beautiful. I think it’s great for a bronzing and golden hour makeup look because of the glow it has in the product. The rose hip oil infused in the setting powder also makes it hydrating and it really does not feel drying. It glides on my face smoothly and it’s so soft. It’s extremely fine and gentle on the skin. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves to glow glow! I cannot wait to use this for future clients who would love to apply this on their chest. Most setting powders tend to make me look even more dry or tend to ditch to my dry patches, that’s not the case with this ready set radiance setting powder. This product is infused with skin loving ingredients like rose hip oil and vitamin c to help provide a “glowing” finish. If your someone like me who has a hard time finding a setting powder then look no further. Along with being cruelty free, vegan and clean beauty this product is also affordable especially for the size, this setting powder is bigger than most of my other setting powders.
