Pretty, but has quality control issues

It’s a pretty dress, but there are problems. I had to return the first one and exchange it for a different one because the pleats on the front ribcage area and on the skirt. The second one has the same issues but to a lesser extent, and the chest pieces are still uneven as they were with the first one was.
