Judith Straw Hat

I was so excited to receive my hat. After much contemplation, I pulled the trigger and ordered it. It’s not a cheap hat but should last forever. When I got the badly damaged box and opened it, I found the hat under a flimsy plastic bag. The brim had a crease in it and the crown was coming apart. The disregard for this expensive hat is inexcusable. I will order from the company directly and will receive a well constructed hat box and a beautiful hat. Shame on you Nordstrom.
