Unhappy with customer service
Returned an unworn, tagged dress in perfect condition using Nordstrom’s return process. It didn’t fit because my belly was growing from pregnancy. Refund was not issued due to undisclosed packaging expectations. When I called for help, I was hung up on twice. Very disappointing experience for a company known for good customer service.
