Cute, but lower quality than expected.
I was excited to see this sweater reissued as I had ruined my original from years back and the time and materials required to repair it would about equal the price of the original sweater. Unfortunately, when it was delivered today there was a noticeable decline in quality from the fabric content to the weave to the color of the white stripe. It just looks and feels like a much cheaper sweater. The fabric content of the original was 40% angora, 20% lambswool, 20% nylon, 20% viscose. The fabric content of this sweater is 62% wool, 28% cotton, 7% acrylic, 3% cashmere. Technically it has about the same amount of wool, but it's not nearly as soft and fluffy. I've added a photo for comparison. The old sweater is on the bottom and the reissue is on the top.
