My Favorite
I have many pallets from Chanetecaille and this is my favorite. I love the blue. I’ve been using it almost every day with black kajal eye liner. I wish Chantecaille would come up blue eye liner to complete the look, but black works pretty good too

Low Quality Product and packaging
It is evident Chantecaille has changed from a company that once valued quality and creativity to one that only values profit. As a loyal customer of over a decade I am offended by the tiny shade pans and lowered quality but higher price than the golden years of this brand. Not only do you get a tiny amount of product and low quality but you will pay a high price and a failed attempt at keeping up with trends versus innovating. Please respect your customers enough to give them a fair value.

What was I thinking?
This was my first Chantecaille eye palette and I'm surprised by how unremarkable I find the formula. The blackish-purple feels chalky and looks very lifeless,; hard to wear on not-20yr old lids. The blue has a black base and feels patchy and too glittery. The brown is pretty, but nothing groundbreaking. The white leans icy blue and is sheer and fine.
Now, of course, luxury beauty is often about paying for more than the actual product, but this palette is unbelievably disappointing in the price/luxury equation. You get 2g of product (4 x .5g pans)! Most luxury quads or quints are 6-9g! No, I've never loved a shadow enough to pan it, but what gives? And the packaging, which is undeniably part of a luxury experience, is very plasticky and insubstantial. I know this is a philanthropic company and their charitable activity is part of the price point, but I think I'll give money right to a cause and find shadows that are actually special, next time.

terrible and im a huge Chantecaille fan
This was a huge disappointment. I love this brand and was so excited especially for the blue color. Overall…the compact was weirdly not luxury like all my other purchases. Very lightweight and cheap plasticky. When I opened it the eyeshadows were disattached from the compact. The colors were ok as the other reviewer said. The black is chalky and hard to blend. The pearl is unflattering I can’t pinpoint it. The brown is ok but I have enough amazing Chantecaille browns. So the blue? I loved it but not keeping this expensive cruddy compact for the teensy bit of blue. In my opinion buy literally ANY other Chantecaille shadow. Avoid. This is a flop.

Poor Quality Eyeshadow
I was very disappointed in this palette. Chantecaille is usually high quality, and I love their eyeshadow singles. The shadows in this palette are very small with poor pigmentation. The light colored one is very difficult to apply. Definitely not worth the high price tag.

Chantecaille has some of the best eyeshadows!
When I first purchased this I was skeptical but after applying and wearing it, I really like the blendability and wear of this pallette. With the dark colors you just need a smaller brush and light hand but it all blends and makes a very pretty color story.
