I received a damaged bag

I ordered this designer bag online. The bag I received is stained and has green gum stuck on the strap? I’m shocked and need an explanation as to why I’d receive such shameful quality for paying a luxury designer bag price? This is the second time it happens to me with Nordstrom online designer orders.
