Every man needs this
Ok! So I used the Jo Malone lip balm. I hated everything about it. However, old faithful never leaves me astray. Long lasting and not very shiny. I don't want to look like a teenage girl wearing lip gloss, especially since I am an adult male. Best product around if you ask me.

I’ve bought these for years, same shea butter scent… loved it! but the one I just opened has chunks in it. They don’t dissolve so when I rub it on my lips it just has big white chunks? Weird… I guess I’ll try a different scent next…

I love this balm, but not the Black Tea
I have used the shea butter one in the past and absolutely loved it, and decided to order the black tea one, and to my surprise there were actual pieces of tea within the balm, which I did NOT know. I would give 5 stars, but I did not like having pieces in my balm and suggest not getting that flavor. Otherwise, the balm is perfect and I love it, just not the Black Tea flavor

Missing the One
My first time shopping at Nordstroms online and I was looking forward to trying out this lip treatment. I was very disappointed when I only received one of the duo. I did contact CS & was told I would have to send the one back, get a refund and then reorder. I hate being bothered with having to send it back & reorder, so I've been on the fence if I should just keep the one @ a cost of $15.
