What it is: A topical, nongreasy, pain-relieving cream that helps improve performance and recovery time.
What it does: It delivers a warming effect to skin on contact, helping to soothe muscle pains, strains and achy joints. A proprietary blend of botanical ingredients also may help ease minor backaches, sprains and arthritis and may help relieve tense muscles due to stress.
How to use: Use before exercising to warm up your muscles and help increase circulation. Use after exercise to help treat aches and soothe muscle pain and tension.

Not as effective as I’d hoped
I bought this for my fiancé who is a general contractor and on his feet etc all day long. He’s not very flexible so he’s prone to pulled muscles. We’ve had luck with jack black products in the past so I purchased this in place of his icy hot in hopes it would work better without all of the chemicals. Unfortunately my fiancé feels like this muscle rub is pretty ineffective. He feels only minimal relief and it lasts only a short time. Sadly we won’t be purchasing this again!

Try it ! You'll be amazed
It really works! this salve sold in a department store of all things really works on your pain. Not just your little twinge but deep nerve pain, in my case, disc pain in my back or I really over did it pain. I smell a mint smell but no one else finds it a problem (I'VE ASKED) All I know is it works, lasts for hours and I'm not as crabby as I was. I only apply when I need it and then usually only once a day so it lasts. And if it doesn't work for you Nordstrom's will do a refund.

Even better than expected
The cooling sensation lasted longer than other similar products my fiance has used and helped soothe his aches and pains.
