Great smelling product, even better performance.
I use the body buff daily for both my face and body. The scent is clean, and the product is gentler on my face than other face scrubs allowing me to need only one product.

Good product - horrible 16 oz bottle
I like the product for occasional use, but it is very hard to extract from the 16 oz plastic bottle. The product is thick, which is no problem when it's out of the container, but it's a pain to get out even when the bottle is full. I suspect there will be a lot left in the bottle when I finally call it quits and throw it away. I will not be buying again unless the packaging is changed and/or the product is thinned out a little to make it easier to use. Overall, still a huge JB fan, this just isn't the product/packaging combination for me.

Great cleanser, hard to extract
Cleanses very well, when it finally comes out of the push opener.
Thickness must slow down the flow.

Great but…
Love the product but hate the bottle. Product is a bit on the thick side which makes it a little difficult getting it out of the bottle if you are in a rush. You really have to shake it down or leave it inverted on the counter.
