Received wrong items

This company is a third party vendor. They advertised a sale on a set of towels that included two towels, two hand towels and two wash rags. They only sent me two wash rags. When I checked my item afterwards it said it was no longer available. Then the app took me to “similar items” where I discovered they had relisted the same item I had purchased with different pictures and a higher price. Nordstrom said there is nothing they can do because they are from the Marketplace and their products are not sold by Nordstrom, they just use their site. They have products listed specifically as two hand towels or two wash rags, or “set” of towels. I paid for a set as indicated. This is extremely dishonest.
