Disappointing
I love L’Eau d’Issey, but this is an embarrassment, sub par fragrance and its a shame to be named as an Issey Miyake creation. It has no Dan of the L’Eau d’Issey line, so I am unsure why it’s being named as a flanker. This smells extremely cheap, powdery and it smells like something of am older generation that has degraded over time, has lost its way and is just a mash of notes. I personally feel there are no redeeming qualities to the scent of this particular fragrance.

Not Exactly a Typical Violet Scent
I’m so sorry to say I was very disappointed in this fragrance. It’s simply not a typical violet scent but more of a drab one. It’s not even one I would comfortably offer to a friend or neighbor. It was just a bad purchase.

Lovely gentle scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft and gentle scent, really lovely and not overly floral. Super versatile and lasted a long time! Kind of smelled like a very subtle version of Parma violets.

strong scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t a fan of this scent, however it was pretty strong smelling so would last all day. In my opinion it was too strong. I cannot comment much on the packaging/value for money as the sample I received was a small 2ml bottle.
