perfect and except for the straps
This dress is adorable and very flattering. The bra area is padded, so you don’t need to wear a bra with it and worry about showing bra straps. Unfortunately, while the dress straps are adjustable, even at the tightest setting they are too long. You could definitely alter the straps though and then it would be the perfect dress.

Wow. This dress is ADORABLE on. fits beautifully, nice material, HAS POCKETS. It might be the cutest summer dress I own, and I own a lot of dresses. I'm 34B/25 waist/ 39 Hip and the small was perfect. I could wear a bra or no bra, there is extra reinforcement in the chest area, not padding per se but like an extra layer of fabric for structure.
