Small Altay Suede Shoulder Bag

When I ordered the bag I thought I’d have to return it because it would be too small. I did have to change wallets but it is so gorgeous and I liked it so much more in person. The magnet closure is quite sturdy, the outside pocket is big enough for my phone and the suede is amazing. It was so much more than I expected. It is both hobo and sophisticated as Isabel Marant bags are and I love it.

I was a little disappointed with this when I first saw it because it looks to be more brown hued but the color is slightly more light olive green. This is the only reason I don’t give it a 5 star rating. I still plan to keep it as it’s a beautifully made bag and will be very versatile and it was a good price on sale. The leather detail is elegant and it is timeless piece and useable across the seasons.

I have this bag in cognac and I am quite pleased. I’m typically a big bag gal and this has worked out very well. Holds my phone, wallet, two lip glosses and two pairs of glasses… plus my back up battery if needed. It’s a great bag. I need to take better care of it because it’s a light color and I’m seeing wear but that’s on me for not treating the suede.

This is a nicely made bag. I have another Isabel Marant in black and have been impressed by the quality of the bag and surprised on how often I use it. So, I was happy to see this bag in a lighter shade go on sale and did not hesitate in ordering. However the photo of the sale priced bag is more of a honey shade. The bag came yesterday and it isn't as pictured. It is an olive green shade and not at all as expected. Disappointed and will return.
