Bag is great but Nordstrom not so much
I received my bag thrown in a shipping box with no protective packaging, no insert stuffing and the dust bag not included. The strap was wound around it awkwardly and is completely mangled. Thanks Southcenter.
Otherwise it’s a nice bag.
