Lecce Leather Belt

I have a 26" waist. If you want the look in the picture, order a large. I initially ordered a large according to reviews and it looks just like the picture above, which I find to be laughably long when worn at the waist. Keep in mind the leather is stiff so if you have this much excess it will stick out and look really awkward and ill-fitted. I returned the large and purchased the small, which is 4" shorter. This is the size I'm sticking with as I do not plan to wear this belt at my hips. It fits well over a thick dress and I tried it on over the dress + cardigan as well. Things to note, pull the belt taut through the hole BEFORE you wrap into the loop. Otherwise, the knot will look bulky. This is a smooth leather than may scratch easily, but I think the light scratches will buff out easily with conditioner since it is all leather. I bought it in black and am considering the brown now.
