Isa is an orthopedic platform pump featuring a discreet 1 cm plateau for extra cushioning. Crafted from premium Italian calf leather, they boast an elegant 8 cm heel. Like all our heels, Isa features our patented 3-Step System – an orthopedic insole for high heels designed to provide stability, relief, and shock absorption for your feet, legs, knees, hips, and back. The insole features memory foam intended to mold to your feet with each wear, helping to ensure a personalized fit. The plateau is made from high-quality E.V.A. (ethylene vinyl acetate), a shock-absorbent material commonly used in the running shoe industry.
