Ok dress bad customer service!

I received a dirty item, I am very disappointed! The dress is not the best quality, however the fit was nice. Do better Nordstrom and stop sending customer used and dirty garment!

This dress was a hit! The pink is so vibrant. The fit is perfect. I wear a size 4 and purchase a small. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!
