invati advanced^™ Exfoliating Shampoo Rich

An elder I had been losing more and more hair, literally covering the bathroom floor with strands of silver and brown. I tried the Invati shampoo after a visit to an Aveda institute and the loss decreased substantially. Now I can brush my hair and just see one or two strands and comb my hair and see none.

I've been using this product for quite some time, and it has really helped my hair loss related to aging; I initially started using Rogain, but it dried out my scalp too much and really didn't help; I was introduced to Invati by my sister and haven't used anything else since since. People comment regarding lathering; I shampoo and lather; then add more water, and the shampoo lathers up even more. Also on some days, I use a clarifying shampoo first for the build up and then shampoo again with Invati, concentrating on just my scalp. I notice I need less product. Love Invati and hope Aveda won't discontinue this shampoo

I got a tiny tiny tube as an Aveda sample to try this shampoo. This was nice of the salesperson. I was excited because I needed something exfoliating. I was thinking the build up on my scalp could be causing some hair thinning. The shampoo left NO LATHER, and NO CLEANSING. After my hair dried, it looked just as greasy as it did before washing. Actually, even MORE greasy than before. So , it is more of a conditioner, than a shampoo. I don't know if I would buy the larger bottle considering the sample did not work.

First, let me start by saying that I have used Invati since it first came out. Generally, I have loved this product. However, I bought a 1L bottle from my salon and it was awful!! Since the very first use, the liquid poured out with a weird consistency unlike any bottle I had bought in the past. For each and every shampoo, when I applied it to my hair and scalp and tried to lather, nothing would happen. Zero suds. Working it through my hair was painstaking. I let my hairdresser know and she said that I needed to vigorously shake the bottle before each use. She suggested that the ingredients were "unsettled." Furthermore, she said to make sure that my hair was really wet. I did what she said for each and every shampoo. Working the product through my hair was terrible. Nothing helped. I dreaded every shampoo. My daughter also used the Invati shampoo from time to time and complained that it didn't lather and her hair did not feel clean. Finally, after months of using this bottle, it's gone. I just started a new bottle. The shampoo is wonderful. It looks and feels different. On the first wash I was able to lather my hair! I'm not sure what was wrong with the bottle before but I'm not happy that it cost so much and I had to put up with it for several months!

First of all, I really would cry if Aveda discontinue or change the ingredients of the Invati line. I love it soooo much!!! I am beyond impressed with the rich shampoo, conditioner, and spray. I have natural 4A-4b hair that is fine texture. I had Covid and the unexpected loss of my brother made my hair fall out in clumps!!! Also, I went to the doctor for lab work, and I discovered I'm anemic and severely low in Vitamin D which can also contribute to hair loss. I'm now taking vitamin D and iron supplements. After several years I said goodbye to Nioxin, because it's simply not working for me anymore. Now I'm using the Invati 3 part system for the past 2-3 months. Between this line and getting my internal body deficiencies under control it is all coming together. The shedding has decreased significantly! To brag more about this particular line: When I can shampoo and my hair is amazingly soft I KNOW I have a winner! The conditioner is an added bonus for softness of my hair. The slip is great as well and noticeable less hair when I shampoo/condition. I follow up with the amazing Cherry Almond Softening Leave In Conditioner (️LOVE!!!) and finish with Dry Remedy Daily Moisturizing Oil.
