Very nice device
My spouse is a laser physicist who looked into all of these devices and read the peer review double-blind studies. I saw several dermatologists regarding the beginning stages of hair thinning With that context, this has been a great device, particularly for traveling. In general, you probably want higher strength, closer to 650 to 680, but as you may read, red light laser therapy for hair growth is a mix of power, coverage, and consistency. It’s not feasible generally to go every day or even multiple times a week to a dermatologist’s office to receive higher doses. Consistency is needed to make it work. I have a red light hat that’s a bit more powerful, gives better coverage, and is easier to use, but it’s not easy to travel with. It takes up too much space. Therefore, this is a nice device to have and is perfect for travel to ensure consistency. The added benefit of the massage is nice too. It can also be a perfect alternative if you are priced out by laser hats. I don’t think any of these things offer a silver bullet fix, but I think they help, with or without pharmaceutical or other interventions.
