Most days I eat very few of either of these types of food so I got these to take. Do they fill in & do the job ? I do not know for sure but I figured they just might & there is no down side other then the cost. Easy to take & leaves behind no problems.

Great benefits!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doctor told me to eat more fruits. I am not a fruit eater, so these are a great way to get the benefits of fruit for me. The pills are easy to take and I love that you dont have to take with food. Taking these offer so many benefits, its a no brainer. Props that they are made in the USA!
