Lace Column Maternity Maxi Dress

The dress was not as flattering to the bump. I needed a sash or belt in between my chest and belly to actually have it fit somewhat snugly and show off the baby bump. I am 24 weeks, so maybe in another month or two it would be tighter around the belly. The lace snags very easily and got caught on my ring multiple times. Otherwise it is comfortable.

I agree with the other reviews that said this was better on a tall, lean frame. I’m 5’3” and entering my third trimester. While the length was excellent, it was a bit tight on my torso and drew unflattering attention to the largest parts on me - bust, bump and behind. On a taller frame this would be great! I also wasn’t a huge fan of the fabric - it’s more frilly than the polished look I was going for.

I bought this in ivory in a size large for my 5’8, 190-lb, 9-months pregnant body in the hopes it would be cute for my baby shower. It was ok, but a little too dressy (kinda looked like a wedding dress). It’s also meant to be snug, so I looked a little heavy where it clung to my butt. Finally, not sure if it was just me, but the boat neck was not very flattering. Basically, if you’re super thin with just a little basketball belly, you may like it. But otherwise it wasn’t quite right for your standard baby shower.

This dress was so beautiful. Perfect length and the slit made it stand out more. I wore it for a small intimate wedding ceremony. I initially ordered a medium thinking about my baby bump, but had to exchange for a small and the small was perfect. I got a lot of compliments on the dress.
