What it is: A mat that combines infrared and PEMF technologies in a compact, travel-ready design.

What it does: HigherDOSE translated their fan-favorite infrared PEMF Mat to a more portable size. The compact design makes it eash to take the mat with you while on-the-go or place it in your WFH chair. Pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy emits electromagnetic waves that mimic natural frequencies found in nature, stimulating and encouraging your body’s natural recovery process. The benefits of PEMF alone are out-of-this-world (literally, astronauts used it to recover from a debilitating space mission), but even more powerful when paired with infrared’s deeply penetrating heat and twenty pounds of healing crystals layered inside the mat, which produce antioxidant negative ions when heated.

How to use: Set your PEMF level from 1 to 4 (all levels mimic healing frequencies found in nature). Use the controller to adjust the infrared level to your desired temperature. Select the Negative Ion feature to neutralize free radicals and ignite an even deeper level of healing.

Twice a day! This is a great buy. I didn’t purchase mine at Nordy because they didn’t carry it at the time I purchased it. However, I wanted to add a review for those that are on the fence. I highly recommend!

Just ended up being a heating mat

I found this mat to be a little disappointing.The setup was easy and self explanatory, however when I tested the magnet that they provide to demonstrate the magnetic waves that the mat gives off my magnet didn’t do anything. The mat heats up and it feels great on the back but as far as magnetic waves or pulse I just don’t feel anything. I tried it on the lower settings and the highest setting and the magnet just sit there. I also didn’t feel anything on my body at all aside from heat. The plug is a little difficult to connect to the mat so I tried to make sure I had everything properly put together and I did. I just can’t justify the price for having just a mat with heat. Maybe mine was defective I don’t know but it wasn’t all that I thought it would be.

Impressive Benefits & Results

I am so impressed with this Infrared PEMF GO MAT,as it is exactly what my health and wellness journey has been missing.As a person that has chronic back pain, extreme anxiety and issues with falling asleep I can definitely say that this mat has been a game changer.This mat is extremely well made, comfortable to use and has different strength levels that allow me to change my routine based on my needs.After adding this mat to my wellness journey my back pain has significantly decreased,my anxiety has become tolerable and my ability to sleep through the night has returned.Using this mat is something that I look forward to everyday,as the infrared heat feels like it is penetrating through to my bones, soothing every area of arthritis pain that I have.I love that this mat fits inside a tote with handles and is light enough to carry,as it allows me to use it at work and while I travel.This is definitely a product that I would highly recommend to absolutely everyone and something that I will never stop using.

No more sore muscles

Since I got the HigherDOSE Infrared PEMF GO Mat, it has quickly become part of my daily routine. I originally wanted something that did not take up much space and could move with me from room to room, and this size is perfect. I can easily carry it, store it, and even use it on my work-from-home chair after a long day. I love that it delivers the same infrared heat and PEMF technology as the larger mat but in a compact, travel-ready design. I use it to relax in the evenings, especially when my muscles feel sore or when I need to unwind. The infrared heat feels deeply soothing, and the PEMF levels are easy to adjust depending on how my body feels that day. Using it is very simple. I plug it in, choose one of the four PEMF frequency levels, adjust the heat, and relax. There is no setup or cleanup, which makes it easy to use consistently. The size is comfortable without being bulky, and it runs on low EMF within a very safe range. Overall, this mat fits perfectly into my lifestyle and makes it easy to keep my recovery and relaxation going, even on busy days.

Like a Human Charging Dock!!!

Creating these new habits has been a true gift to myself oh the peace, The heat, the noninvasive PEMF helps my aches and pains, and also enhances my nighttime sleep routine to a huge degree using gentle electromagnetic pulses to stimulate my body at cellular level. So useful!

Such a useful tool for those looking for a wellness product to truly elevate your routine and take your meditation and mindfulness to the next level! This mat utilizes PEMF technology and heating elements to induce different states of relaxation, renewal, and calm. I use Level 1 for deep sleep each night about an hour before bed for 30 minutes at a time and it has made such a huge difference in my overall sleep quality. I also utilize it for meditation in the mornings on the other levels. If you have the money to spare this is an awesome product to improve your health and wellness. Highly recommend! I received this product complimentary as part of promotional education.

Great PEMF GO Mat

I have been using the HigherDose Infrared PEMF Go Mat for several weeks. Although I have to admit I was initially somewhat skeptical, the product exceeded my expectations. I like it so much that I use it daily to relax my back and help me feel better. It is very easy to set up and use, choosing PEMF frequency was much simpler than I expected. The size is one of my favorite parts because it is easy to move around the house and simple to pack if I am traveling. It is also large enough to lie on it and have enough coverage. I often also place it on my chair while working, and it helps my back feel less tight after sitting for long periods of time. The heat feels soothing and not too harsh, and the different settings make it easy to find what is comfortable. While it takes a little while to warm up, it was not a problem for me, because the mat is comfortable enough to handle this. Overall the relaxation is real, PEMF works really well, and my back feels much better.
