What it is: A medium- to full-coverage long-wearing formula that blurs pores, fine lines and wrinkles for up to 12 hours.

What it does: Powered by Precision Blur Technology, this hydrating velvet-matte foundation features hyaluronic acid for a smooth, flawless finish and second-skin feel. It blurs, smoothes and minimizes pores, fine lines, wrinkles and texture. The nonslip foundation doesn't melt, separate or settle into lines. It helps visibly even skin tone, mask discoloration, redness and blemishes.
How to use: Prep skin with water-based formulas. For dry skin, pair with a hydrating primer. For oily skin, pair with a mattifying primer. Using 1–2 pumps, start by applying the foundation in the center of face and blend outwards. Pair with a brush for full coverage or a beauty sponge for lighter coverage. Focus on desired areas to build coverage as needed.
Pro tips: Pair with non-oil-based formulas for optimal results. For dry skin types, prep skin with hydration prior to application. To build coverage, use pressing motions in desired area. The velvet-matte finish can be set to your preference.

A huge no in my book. Feels just like glue.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’m giving an honest review and please bear with me as the wrong shade was sent to me but I tested it anyways. I am always honest in every high quality review I give for every product. As you can see- the shade does not even remotely match my skin tone. It is thee blackest of the black skin tones. The richest coolest darkest shade that comes as close to actual black I have ever seen. So I am able to place it against my skin and tell you that it looks like jet black paint on my skin and I refuse to wrote something offensive or post a video that is offensive to anyone with this beautiful skin tone. I placed some on my hand and it was so thick it almost felt like glue. It doesn’t feel like a foundation at all. It is definitely not worth the money and I would not purchase this. Sorry this is all around a big no for me. It would have helped had I maybe been sent the proper shade I chose but I don’t think I would have liked the texture any better. It also settled badly into lines and even with a nice moisturizer underneath it still setted in. This is a very big problem and a big no for me. Maybe for those who have very oily skin this could be for you!

Looked like I have filtered
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Anastasia Beverly Hills impeccable blurring second skin matte foundation and even though it wasn’t my shade I’m obsessed.. the texture is sooo smooth and lightweight, it literally melts into my skin and gives that soft, second skin finish. What it really got me is how blurring it is.. like my skin looked filtered in real life. And can we talk about the formula? Even though it’s matte, it didn’t feel dry, tight, or cakey at all. It stayed comfortable and still looked fresh on my skin. Now I just need to get my actual shade because this one? Has potential to be THAT foundation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impeccable blurring second skin Matte Foundation is one of the best foundations i have ever used. It is easily glided on my skin, doesn’t make my skin looks cakey. The shade is dark for my skin tone but i plan on mixing it and using as bronzer. It sets well and doesn’t make skin looks oxidized. Overall a good formula foundation.
