Disappointed
I bought two House of CB dresses that appeared to be customer returns. One had a strong body odor (like armpit odor), and another House of CB dress arrived without the "Do Not Remove" tag that is normally attached. While I understand that returns happen, items should have been inspected before being shipped to another customer.
