I got the neon yellow top and it's beautiful! Comfortable and I can definitely see myself wearing to work with black pants and with jeans for lunch or dinner. I tried on both the Medium and Small and ended up going with the small as I thought it ran a bit on the larger side. The arms are flowy and delicate...the vest is soft and warm. Great find!

This blouse has it all...the color...the fabric...and the style! I usually buy a large but the medium looked roomy enough...and when I tried it on, it was perfect! So yes, you might be able to size down, especially if you're on the borderline. The color and material are perfect for cool spring days ahead. Looks prettier in person than online. Love it!
