Damage bracelet
Hi, I have tried to contact you by phone but I can not, bad quality, I already lost mine just wore it for a week and the bracelete fell off, and my sister’s has lost one of the letters and it falla too, I would like an exchange or return of my money pls

Not made well at all! Will lose it in a week!
I have bought this bracelet TWICE! It’s beautiful dont get me wrong, but Tory Burch needs to reevaluate the way it’s made. The clasp doesn’t close securely and it will fall off and you will lose it. I lost mine twice and so upset because I really liked this bracelet, but not worth it if you will eventually spend the money and just lose it.

Bracelet falls off!!! I went to a wedding and by the time I looked at my wrist at the middle of the event it was gone. Spent like an hour searching the whole place. Never again. The clasp is not secure.

clasp does not work, do not buy
I bought 3 Tory Burch bracelets and all 3 have clasps that don't work, causing them to fall off and 2 are lost. Nordsrom will not refund my money or offer store credit and said to contact Tory Burch. Tory Burch also would not refund or offer store credit. Terrible product and customer service.
