Ice Queen Costume Dress, Carnival & Festive Use

Beautiful Souza costume, depicting an ice queen in blue with silver details. The Souza dress comes with narrow shoulder straps in light blue velour and an off-shoulder effect of light blue organza with ruffles. The upper part consists of light blue velour, and on the front there is a nice detail of blue sequins and a pompom in white. At the waistline, there is a narrow elastic band, which gives the skirt a good width. The skirt includes four layers, of which the outer layer consists of light blue organza with snowflakes in silver mica and a silver edge at the bottom. The two middle layers consist of light blue tulle, while the inner layer consists of light blue satin. On the back there is a sewn-on cloak in silver.
