Customer Service
The 5 star rating is for Nordstrom's customer service AND the product. Although the description of the item should say that it may take up to two weeks before the product is shipped because of the personalized option. I had ordered this item three weeks in advance from my niece's birthday party. I kept checking when it was going to be shipped out after 1.5 weeks and it still was only "in process". So I reached out to the live chat service and inquired about when I will receive it. It wasn't expected to arrive until another 2 weeks which is after the birthday party! Although, at the time, they couldn't do anything about it, when I checked my email later that day - this book was on rush to arrive the five days before the party! Thank you so much Nordstrom Customer Service - Live Chat!!!

"Goodnight" personalized book

Grandma & Grandpa from afar
In these troubling times it is critical that we stay connected to the ones we love the most...our grandchildren. What better way to do that then to read to them virtually a bed time story to let them know they are loved and always thought of. This personalized book sends them the perfect message. Illustrations perfect.

A Very Special Fairytale
Sharing this story with a special child allows you to drift together into a whimsical fairytale. The beautifully rendered scenes are soft and fanciful. Sweet animal characters welcome every child by name with joy throughout the story. The poetry creates a dreamy cadence which lulls a child gently, gently toward peaceful sleep.
