It works. Well made. If you can't reach or find your own ball, at least you might be able to retrieve another one so your net loss
of balls approaches zero. LOL

Poor design with plastic to solid telescopic pole
Ball retriever does well retrieving the ball, but the connection of the plastic retriever end to the telescopic shaft with a single rivet is very weak. I have purchased 2 of them and both have broken within 6 months of purchase. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and don't think I can bring myself to purchase another one. Why can't Bag Boy make a metal retriever end, with the plastic or rubber retriever part as an inset to the metal end? The thinnest and weakest point of the current model would be much stronger if "metal on metal" parts were used to connect the end to the telescopic pole. Attaching a flimsy piece of plastic to the metal telescopic pole with a single rivet, is very inefficient and weak.

I gotcha ball retriever
i bought one and golf balls continually slips right through the hole…not good

Good retriever but doesn’t last as it’s built weak
Works good till the weak shaft breaks. For this price it should be more sturdy

NOT the number 1 retriever
I bought this from golf galaxy thinking that this was gonna be good after it said #1 golf ball retriever. I’ve had it for 3 months and have used it a hand full of times, the retriever is now in three pieces. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it did pay for itself, but now I have to get a new one.

Use carefully
Effective tool if it doesn’t break. Weak point is there the screw holds the retrieving piece on the shaft.
