Dramatically Different
I ordered this during. Refer sale thinking it was the usual product I have used for years. It’s very different. The brush is thinner and has less bristles to catch and hold lashes and the formula clumps and flakes under your eyes soon after application. This is my signature mascara which up until now never ran or flaked and always had a brush that lifted and separated the lashes creating a buildable layer. I am so disappointed in this reformulation. Why was it necessary to change an iconic formula and its packaging in the first place? Bad business decision that will lose you a lot of
customers.

I had read a review that The Lancome Hypnose mascara was good for mature women. It’s got a lot of thickener in it, the wand gets gloppy, and in a couple of hours, the mascara is flaking off below the lower Lash. Would not ever buy this again.

formula change??
Been using this (amazing) mascara for years. Never had any issues with flaking product or itchy eyes, and all of a sudden my newest tube is causing both. So disappointing.
