POOR QUALITY not befit for the Nordstrom name
I bought this robe 30 years ago for my husband and it was very high quality and worth every penny. The robe I ordered this year is HORRIBLE quality. I am returning it because it's so cheaply made and not worth the money I paid for it. Nordstrom should be ashamed of selling something of such poor quality.

Cozy, drying, nice style, fluffy collar. But... within days the threads starting coming loose throughout the robe, making it look old, with, and disheveled. I donated it and went back to using my old robe. Bottom line--poor quality.

Disappointing experience from end to end
We purchased these robes for use with our hot tub. They are significantly lighter than what we expected given the description on the website. When I was researching returning the robes I saw that they are now marked down 25%. For the sale price we would have kept them for indoor use. When I requested a price adjustment I was told that we were outside the 10 day shipping window. Therefore we are returning the robes.
