Great coat

Great medium warmth coat. I have not lost any feathers after a few weeks. The coat is very compressible. The sleeves are long and the cuffs are secure. The sizing is really good. I wore this in Portland and the temperature range on this coat is great. I did not feel too hot when it was warmer but never felt like it wasn’t warm enough when the temperature dropped. I wore this between 40-70 Fahrenheit, and I think it would continue to be warm enough below 32F.

Horrible customer service so I left the jacket

I never retrieved the jacket because when I went to picked up the jacket at the Nordstrom Rack in St. Louis, MO I was told to get in the regular line that had 20 people in it. I order online for the convenience of avoiding the lines. I will order directly from Northface or Macy's
