Original Waterproof Rain Boot

Couldn’t find my old pair of knee high rain boots so I got these. I’m usually 5.5 and went up to a 6 and it’s a little loose. I highly recommend having rain boots as part of the hurricane prep checklist (for coastal peeps like myself).

These are so cute, just as comfortable as my other Hunter rain boots, a pretty color, and perfect height. I’m 5’2" and a lot of the boots can chop me in weird ways if they’re too short or too tall. These are just right. I got tons of compliments on them the first day I wore them. Very happy with them!

I was Looking for Grey Boots, Theses are NOT

I purchased a size 8 Hunter Boots that fit good, I returned them soon after in 45 degree weather, due to the rubber contracting in colder temperatures. So I sized up to a 9 in these. I was swimming in them, more than a size too large. Bummer, I like the color and got them during the Anniversary Sale. Unfortunately, I give up on Hunter’s. Back they go.

After researching and trying other Hunter boots to replace a ten year old black pair which had torn, I finally settled on this pair. I am very happy with with the dark gray color and the quality of the boot. The only difference is that there was an extra cloth buckle on the old ones but that does not really matter. As to their use, I am confident that I will get several years of wear out of these. True to size, I can put a thick pair of socks on if necessary. I would not want them bigger or smaller. Hard to get off but with wear that will change. Glad I was able to finally replace the old ones!
