Classic and cute!
Other reviewers said these boots looked used because of the coloring/fuzz on the bottom. However, if you go to Hunter’s website and look at these boots, they have a picture of the bottom which look exactly like the pictures the other reviewers posted. Mine came this way as well, and it appears it is supposed to be this way. These are very cute!

are they supposed to look used?
These arrived looking like they had been set or worn in some kind of dirt or dust. At first, I thought that maybe the dirt was intentional for traction, but it is uneven and flaked off. I’m honestly shocked that these past Quality Control, since it appears that other reviewers have the same problem. Additionally, these run huge.

I wonder if I received the ones that the other reviewer returned. I also got a size 13 for my daughter and it is definitely worn. It’s such a cute boots and my daughter loves it. But it’s going back.

Nice product but arrived used
These boots are great but Nordstrom customers and brands sold by Nordstrom ought to be aware that they are selling used items, at least online for the Anniversary sale. These were advertised as new not used. Major red flag. I would not recommend shipping the Nordstrom Anniversary sale or Nordstrom online as a result.

Arrived worn.
The rain boots arrived visibly worn. Dirty on the bottoms. This is my second time having this experience with "new" shoes from Nordstrom. Will not buy from y'all again.

It seems everyone has the same issue! It came with few black scratch on the front, but I was able to wipe most of them off. However, the bottom of the boot seems used. I don’t think they suppose to be like that.
