Hudson Suede Biker Jacket

The jacket is beautiful and the hardware is heavy duty. I am not sure the slight princess shaping suits me, but otherwise this is a perfect jacket that softens with each wear. I found it a little snug in at the hips but I don’t need to zip it up so kept my usual size.

Between the muted color, thin suede, oversized fit and somewhat outdated silhouette, the jacket didn’t feel like a luxury piece despite the price tag. It also arrived tightly folded and compressed in a bag, which affected the collar shape, it doesn’t open and sit properly. Most disappointing of all: the cassis color. I’m a true Winter and wear cool berry/plum tones extremely well, but this shade has too much muted undertone and completely washed me out.
