How It Feels Charm Loafer Mule

The shoes were shipped in a box large enough for several pairs of shoes and no packaging to secure it during transit. See the attached Pic for how it looked when I opened it. The first shoe I pulled out had white marks on the heel. At first I thought it might be from the rough ride, but after looking more closely, I think it's actually paint because there was nothing inside the shipping box that could have caused that. Additionally, the cute up curl in the shoe tongue was absent. That actually could be a result of how they arrived to me, outside of the shoe box and laying upside down in the shipping box. However, between the price, the risky return policy imposed by an outside seller, and the paint marks, it wasn't worth it to me to hang onto them and see if that detail alone resolved itself.
