WRONG ITEM!
This is the worst experience I’ve EVER had. They charged me 120$ for this dress, my order came in and they had sent me a cropped sweater for 40$ instead!!!!!!! How do you mess that up??? I ORDERED A DRESS NOT AN UGLY SWEATER. Not only that but I needed this dress for a baptism that was in 2 days. I called and asked them to send me the correct item and they told me that I wouldn’t receive it for another week. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they could overnight it as soon as I said that she put me on hold for a half hour and it was a dead call. No one was on the line it was hust mute. I called again, and same thing!!! Both times I called, they left me on a dead call for an hour… luckily I had a backup dress but DO BETTER NORDSTROM!!!!

I also bought this dress to wear for my Bday on 12-01. Picked up at the store and also received the ugly crop top. I literally had nothing to wear that day since I picked up the so called dress at the store the day of. I had to go through my closet and wear a different dress due to this horrific mistake. However since I really liked the dress I ordered again hoping I will get the correct item well I opened the package in front of the nordstrom representative and guess what was in there the stupid cropped sweater again!!!!!! Nordstrom do better I wasted time and gas picking up this dress for your warehouse to send the wrong item!

WRONG ITEM.
Was so excited to wear this dress to a holiday event and received a horrid knitted bralette, like apparently every other customer who ordered it. So frustrating and disappointing. Take this out of your inventory, Nordstrom!!!

wrong item received twice in a row
I ordered this dress about a month ago , received this little lounge wear bikini sweater top. I called customer service about this and I they helped me order the dress again and promised expedited shipping. Not only did it take 3 weeks to arrive, I received the same wrong item again. This is so inappropriate Nordstrom. Do better!
