Direct-attach welt construction enhances stability and durability. A slip- and oil-resistant rubber outsole delivers reliable traction on jobsite surfaces, tested to a 0.35 coefficient of friction. Inside, an ergonomic insole with contoured fast-rebound foam provides responsive cushioning and support for long shifts.
