Honoured Twill Bardot Maxi Dress

I would like to bring to attention my experience with the dress, which arrived in a small plastic bag that failed to protect it adequately, leading to excessive wrinkling. The packaging was terrible. Moreover, the size did not correspond to my usual size 14, as the COAST brand's size 14 seemed to fit like a size 18. The left side seam of the dress was also not aligned properly compared to the product photo. Although the color and material are satisfactory, the quality falls short of expectations. Despite these issues, I am willing to give the brand another chance and have ordered sizes 10 and 12 for further assessment.
