Like Manna from heaven
I say like manna from heaven because this lip balm seems to last and last and last! My wife loves this lip balm and uses it every night before bed. It has become a tradition to kiss her right after she puts it on, and I must say her lips feel incredible with it on!! Who knows...Jo Malone may have the secret to enduring marriages and less marriage counseling with this lip balm ;-) Can't recommend this highly enough!!!

$24 price increase and formula change
So disappointing! Absolutely loved this scent. In less than 1 year, $24 price increase. Even so, I decided to purchase the 3.2oz bottle. Received it. Didn’t even have to spray it. Smelled SO differently and formula has def changed. Search all the review and Reddit sites. Unmistakeable. Spent $228 and it even came in some huge janky box not meant for the bottle. You could tell it had already been sold and returned. Just totally over Nordstrom and their low quality + reselling USED product!

So Good, I Bought It Twice
This was an impulse purchase for me - brought on by the impending doom of winter and part of my never-ending search for a lip balm that actually moisturizes. Many lip balms leave my lips feeling and looking dry and flakey, but the Jo Malone is one of a small handful that really works for me. My concerns that the scent would be overwhelming (looking at you Jack Black) were needless as the scent is very mild and disappears within seconds. It left my lips looking moisturized, but not overly glossy and my lips didn't crack once while using it. Jo Malone was my go-to lip balm this past winter, and when I lost it a month ago, I definitely considered purchasing a different lip balm to try because of the hefty price tag ($30 for a lip balm? Come on.) But it is really difficult for me to find a balm I love, so I sucked it up and paid for a new Jo Malone. I've tried many cheaper alternatives, as well as some that were more expensive, and so far, Jo Malone is in my top 2 of a lifetime of lip balms (the other is Rosebud - but I haven't tried it in the tube yet, just the pot and I won't use that outside of the house because you have to put your finger in it). Needless to say, I would, and did, repurchase this item.

I was hesitant for a long while to purchase because I didn’t want to spend $36 on a lip moisturizer. I’ve tried aquaphor, Burt’s and Bees, and other lip products but none can hold a candle to Jo Malone. Priceless!!

Not what I expected
I have eczema and my lips are constantly chapped. I usually use Burt's Bees and my lips would feel great and the dry skin around the lip area was treated. This lip conditioner was strongly recommended to me, but for the price I would think it cured cancer. When using this lip conditioner, it feels really moisturizing, but in the long run it didn't help keep my lips from looking and feeling dry. My dry skin came back, even through I routinely applied it.

Best candle scent ever!
For some reason my sister does not like the scent of this candle at all, she absolutely hates it, but I absolutely adore it, it reminds me of church for some reason, more specifically, church on a cold winter night. Great for Christmastime, or year round. I first discovered Jo Malone on a trip to London, but now I can get them right here at my local Nordstorm. How awesome is that?
