Holiday Blockbuster Set - Warm - Purchase with Estée Lauder Purchase

I don’t usually write reviews but I saw that this only had a few so I thought I should chime in. This gift with purchase is AMAZING. I don’t usually buy Estée Lauder but the more products I try the more I understand why they have been in the beauty game for so long. I wouldn’t call them one of the trendy brands with people my age, but some of these products are majorly slept on. I know their demographic isn’t the younger generations but if only people gave more OG products a chance these days. The deal is amazing and now I want to buy more of these as gifts for Christmas.

My Favorite Skin care colection

$91ish ($85 plus tax) is a decent price for the short-term skincare included. Don't bother to buy for the cosmetics. The lipsticks are cheap seconds, hence the mass casing. If you don't keep them in your fridge and use a lip brush, they will break off within your third pass. IMHO the gloss is ELF quality at 900% the price. The eye makeup palette is beyond theatrical powder; way too thick for anyone over 45. No blush, bronzer, facial powder, foundation choices as in previous (decades) years ago. For the price, you've got some decent skin care for maybe 3 months but the products are not true "full" sizes (or at least they're the newest smaller shrinkflation sizes). I really miss what I used to buy just a few years ago. I couldn't wait for the annual kit! Huge pleasure in the 1980's-early aughts. Automatic gift for my Christmas present/January birthday. I knew my preferred scents (Knowing/Private Collection) would be replenished and I would get the fabulous new Replenish my scent (Knowing/Private Collection) and have this fabulous new collection! The prices raise, the quantity/quality lowers. I actually still have a compact from years back that had 20 plus shadows. There are no longer application brushes included. A compact mirror with magnification. Such cheap things to include, but no longer provided. I hadn't purchased a kit in several years. This year I thought, "What the..." and unless things vastly improve -- don't waste your time or money.

Your company is really good at advertising but when it comes to resolving issues, you are the oppose of good. A delay in delivery becomes a trainwreck. It is impossible to reach a decision maker without undergoing a polygraph test. Why do you need all this private information from me when at issue is YOUR delivery slip up? Simply because you sneak in all this legalese into customer agreement that you make us to sign, you are not entitled to my identifiable information, no matter what your motives are. You are at fault for not delivering as promised and you want to hide behind customer agreement? I understand. I just don’t want this. Only if you could stop sending me your solicitations, and focus instead on satisfying customers.
