U Restore TC Slip-On Sneaker (Women)

Unfortunately my pair was received used, dirt on the bottom of both shoes and creases on the top of shoes. No inserts and paper in the shoebox appeared quite used. These were to be a gift and I have to say that this is the first time I have received a used item in the 30 years I have been a Nordstrom’s customer. Not giving a used pair of shoes as a gift.

I was blown away the minute I opened the box and saw these ENORMOUS shoes . I could not believe that these were the size I ordered, which was a size 8. They looked like a men’s size 11 . These are the ugliest shoes I have ever seen. The shoe itself is extremely poorly designed , they are heavy, and appear to be designed for NASA , meant to be used to walk on the moon. I read a review earlier that called them ‘ clowns shoes’ , which is another accurate description of these things. The rims of these things ( shoes) look like waffles , and you have to be careful once wearing them that you don’t bump into walls and such , because they are so over extended in design . Obviously, they will be returned, but that’s a hassle . I cannot believe that they really are even ‘Hoka’s, but apparently they are. This was a real waste of time, ordering them, now, having to return them , and even putting them back in the box was a hassle , due to the size and sheer cumbersome design flaw of these ‘Things’.
