Run don't walk.....to pick up the Mach 4s
Like many, I have been doing a lot of walking around the neighborhood to get a daily dose of fresh air. I tried on seven pairs of Hokas while visiting Nordies last weekend and these were the clear winners. In terms of what I liked: super light, offer great stability (I tend to over pronate and wear out the outer back edges faster); super responsive; plenty of cushioning. They definitely were the best of the bunch. I do like that these are flat laces and they do not undo themselves while walking. Although initially I wasn't 'taken' by the color, it slowly grew on me. I've worn them out 4 days out of the 5 days I've gone for a walk and I know that once I wear out the treads, I will be purchasing another pair. I wear an 8.5/9 and went with the 9. Great shoe so walk (or run) to grab a pair.

hurt my feet
felt like the shoe cushion was pushing up on the outer parts of my foot & collapsing my arches. Bought Hokas for running after visiting a running store, usually run in Merrell trail gloves. The Hokas were bulky & in the way when running, felt my z angel was incorrect due to the shoes and my resulted posture. Going to return

Wow! I cannot rave enough about Hokas. I love, love, love Hokas, because they love my knees, creating an even more enjoyable run while adding years to my running life. Awesome running shoe!
I tend to bang my heels hard when I run...these provide amazing impact support. I love my OnClouds X’s too for running and training and I also can wear those all day....but the Hoka’s start to ache in my heel if I try wearing them all day...but for it’s purpose they are great! I haven’t tried the other Hoka’s though...they look a little too chunky to me.

Great Running Shoe
I was having a lot of knee pain and hip pain when I ran until I got these shoes. I run every day at age 67 and these are the best shoes I have ever had for running. I was unfamiliar with HOKA but now I am a return customer. The support is great and the cushion is very good. These shoes are so comfortable you could wear them all day long.
