Worst shoe ever
Theybseemed comfortable trying on, but worst shoe I have ever encountered. Design is the biggest problem. The extrusion in back is pointless and dangerous, especially going down steps. I almost tripped twice in the less than a day I wore them. The upper material is so flexible it offers no support. And the shoe inexplicably turn my foot outward.

I was sold used shoes.
I was sold used shoes. I ordered these online for pickup at the King of Prussia store. It’s not convenient for me to get to this location, but I needed them same day before leaving the town. Once notified they were ready, I went to pick them up. I should have checked before leaving the store, but when I got home I found the shoes were scuffed up from use and had pet hair all over them. I called the store and left a message…never returned my call. Customer service emailed me after a bad review, but hasn’t reached out since giving them my phone number. I’m extremely disappointed by this transaction.

Bought for husband who doesn’t like the loud colors, huge logo or funky designs of usual Hokas. He said they feel great and likes the look. The Forest Cover color looks grey in person.
