Details & care

What it is: A limited-edition Anniversary-exclusive duo featuring two full-size Classic Candles—Hinoki Lavender and Orange Blossom Neroli—to set a sun-drenched summer mood at home. Each candle is made with a premium soy-wax blend and essential and perfume-grade fragrance oils in a matte, white-translucent glass vessel.

Fragrance story: Stop and stimulate the senses with Hinoki Lavender, where crisp hinoki cypress and fresh lavender are lifted by lotus flower and grounded with sandalwood for an earthy, revitalizing glow. Then hit refresh with Orange Blossom Neroli, a zesty, sunlit blend of sweet orange blossoms and neroli brightened by citrus and rounded with earthy greens, sandalwood and a whisper of musk.

Style:

- Hinoki Lavender: romantic, lavender-woody

- Orange Blossom Neroli: Floral-jasmine-white floral, citrus

Notes:

- Hinoki Lavender

Top: hinoki cypress, fig leaf, cold air

Middle: fresh lavender, lotus flower, rosemary

Base: cedarwood, sandalwood

- Orange Blossom Neroli

Top: bergamot, lime, orange, petitgrain, neroli

Middle: orange flower, geranium, lavender, rose, jasmine

Base: earthy greens, sandalwood, patchouli, musk

Mood: Tranquil and grounded meets bright and uplifting—an easy summer escape.

Lavender with a twist

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a crisp, light lavender candle. Great throw…the classic size fills a whole room. Burns evenly

Lacking in both Lavender and Hinoki.

I would not buy it again as it is not rich, smoky, or soothing, in fact it does not smell very much like Lavender OR Hinoki... Its a very bright and clean scent, and only slightly floral, mostly it smells of lotus. I expected based on the description and name a woodsy floral but I get no wood smell at all, and certainly no smoky scent like the description states. I thought I was crazy but 2 friends confirmed. While it does smell pleasant it is not what was described nor what I was looking for (specifically lavender and hinoki).

Lovely, but an odd pairing

The quality is as you’d expect from this brand and the lavender was (for me, although scent is always subjective) SPA PERFECTION. The other scent wasn’t bad but was (again for me) more like a fancy skin cream fragrance. I honestly can’t see the same person liking them both. I wish I knew someone who I could justify giving it to - or swap for the lavender in their set 😉. This will sadly be a return for me.

Repeat purchase of my favorite candle!

The blend of Neroli and Bergamot reminds me of the scent of summer in Portofino on the Italian Riviera. The quality of the scent is excellent. It’s long-lasting, has great coverage, but the fragrance is not heavy.

I love citrus smells. This

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love citrus smells. This was good but not as perfect at the Sea Salt Grapefruit.
